Behind the evaluation, there is a deep consideration of the construction of the army's combat effectiveness. In recent years, the PLAA has undergone transformation and remodeling, with profound changes in its size, structure and force composition, and increasingly complex capabilities of commanders and fighters at all levels. It is urgent to transform the training to be scientific and refined in order to rapidly build combat effectiveness to cope with future wars. Whether it is to promote the transformation of training or the number of talent, evaluation is a key move.
The all-personnel grade evaluation maximizes the effectiveness of the evaluation and transfers the pressure of training and preparing for war to every army officer and officer. Grade evaluation is not for "examination", it is the training of weights and measures, the touchstone of employing people, but also the traction rope for training soldiers for war. The grade evaluation always serves the goal of "winning", and the "target" of the evaluation should always aim at the "bull 's-eye" of the combat effectiveness.
To test out the combat effectiveness, we must and actual combat on the table, strict group test, really understand the background, expose the problem, improve the level. Full staff evaluation involves a wide range of personnel, professional types, a little bit of carelessness will go empty. Must the actual combat request runs through the whole process of the examination and evaluation, strictly organizes the examination and evaluation, pays great attention to every link, lets the examination room dock the battlefield.
In order to test combat effectiveness, it is necessary to be good at identifying weaknesses in the evaluation and promptly identifying and correcting problems such as rough training, deviant training and omission of training. In the face of problems, we should not shirk our responsibilities or cover up our shame. We should dare to face up to them, look at them correctly, and solve them in a solid and hard way. We must carry forward the spirit of nailing, identify every weakness in combat effectiveness, hammer after hammer, and truly eliminate the problem before fighting.
To test the effectiveness of combat, it is necessary to make good use of the evaluation results, so as to choose for the war, so that those who can fight. We should take the evaluation results as the "baton" for selecting and appointing personnel, and form a normal pattern of selecting and appointing those who are competent, those who are mediocre, and those who are mediocre. We should establish a good orientation in the troops that "they have good qualities and can make achievements, and they can fight and have a position", so as to inspire the officers and soldiers to be strong and capable, and to train and prepare for war.
